Friends of the Topsham Public Library Annual Meeting

Join us for a quick business meeting, including elections, refreshments, and listen to a talk by The Telling Room. The Telling Room is a literary arts education nonprofit whose mission is to empower youth through writing and share their voices with the world. Focused on young writers ages 6 to 18, The Telling Room seeks to build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, and provide real audiences for our students. Joined by a recent Telling Room author, Executive Director, Kristina Powell, will share more about the Telling Room's programs, publishing, and what youth are writing about right now. Open to the public.
